My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of one of the most brilliant yet funny and down to earth men I've ever know. It was an honor to know you, work along side you, and learn so much from you when you came to Abilene. Our individuals will surely miss you as will I.

Mary Jane and Family,
It is with sadness and disbelief that I write this. Dr. Foelker and I played phone tag many times to set up appts. We spoke probably a short time before his passing. He was an amazing psychologist who was dedicated to each of his patients. I loved watching him interact with my son and the strategies he recommended. I had not heard that he had passed, but my son had a dr. appt. at which time they mentioned it. I was utterly shocked. I would have been there to...
