Not sure what to say?

To the family of George Fonas you have my deepest sympathy on your loss. I saw George during the recent St.Rosalia class reunion and so thankful for our meeting. George myself and others were a group of good fellas who did together all sports, parties and whatever during our growing years. George was my friend and was there for me when I needed help. For all of this and the times we shared I am thankful. He will be and is sorely missed.
This is what I said back during his passing and it...

To Mrs Fonas, Mike and Lisa. So sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Jeff Nolden & family.

Fran, Michael and Lisa

So sorry to hear of the loss of your husband and father. Although I haven't seen your family for many years, I remember the love you shared. May memories you shared over the years, sustain you. Love, Shirley (Laquatra) Maiolo and Fran, Mike & Jack

To George's Family:

We're so sorry to hear about his passing. He always "watched out" for me while we were at St. Rosalia's and was one of my few remaining Greenfield connections.

He will always be in our prayers.

John & Ofelia Li

Michael and Family,
I am saddened to hear of your sudden loss. I truly understand as I lost my father suddenly just 2 weeks ago today. It seems the only thing to ease the pain is to remember the great love we shared and to laugh when we are able about the memories we created, good and bad. Although we have not seen you at Primantis Southside for a long time, you are missed. Please know that we are thinking of you and your Family at this sad time.

I will hold the memories of growing up with George in my heart forever. Family reunions were special times for us and I have many fond memories of them -- and especially the silly things we did together. RIP George.
