George P. Fonseca

Paul Fonseca was my neighbor for 16 years. He was interesting to talk to, well versed on a variety of subjects. He once taught at the college level in NOLA, and also worked at Fairgrounds. He and I shared an avid interest in horse racing. We would talk horses, and he would always ask me about my trips to Churchill and Keeneland. He loved his apt., and always kept watch over this house. Once when we had a bad ice storm, he was the only one who stayed put. He will be missed.
