Not sure what to say?

We were very sorry to hear of your loss..and pray God will comfort you all, at this time. Jim & Wendy Entwistle Southampton, NJ

Very sorry to hear of George's passing, I will always remember him telling stories around Powellville. He had a great love for horses.

We are so sorry for the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. Our prayers are with you all at your time of grieving.

As a nephew to Uncle George, I can truly say he was a great man and will not only be missed by our family, but by the community itself....Powellville was built around people like my father, Billy Lewis, who passed earlier this year and Uncle George. I have many great memories of christmas eve gatherings at his house, hebron carnivals that him and aunt wilsie took the family to, and pony penning.....where he was a celebrity.....in many ways he was larger than life because he touched so many...

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

Wilsie, Gary, Alice and family- I am so sorry to hear of George's passing. I have known George all my life. He was a good friend to my parents, Ollie and Agnes Baker. He was fun to be with and made little kids feel important. Blessings to all of you.

Uncle George will remain in our hearts forever. His love of horses and "life" will always be remembered. Our family will miss him dearly.

WILSIE...GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY MY PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. MY 1ST MEMORY OF GEORGE WAS
WHEN MY FATHER HAD GIVEN ME A JENNY MULE FOR MY SON WHO WAS AFRAID OF HORSES AND NO ONE COULD SHOE HER UNTIL I FOUND GEORGE. HE WAS A GREAT MAN IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE. MRS. DORY TIMMONS (SANDIE)

Miss Wilsie, on behalf of all the Darby family please accept our condolances. Uncle George meant a lot to all of us girls. I am out of state and unable to attend his memorial. Our prayers are with you. Betty, Paula and Trisha Darby.
