George William Fries

I worked for Dr. Fries at his practice in Marion and upon his retirement he allowed me to purchase it (with a handshake and a check). He was a jolly fellow and I loved hearing his dental stories. He was so dedicated to dentistry. We so enjoyed seeing him at events long after his retirement. Thanks for the opportunities! Love, Heather and JoAn.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Fries on various community boards and his dedication and hard work was always evident--no matter what the need. I am offering my sincere sympathy and prayers for you all. I was thinking about Dr. Fries A couple of weeks ago or so. The things that is said about him is true from my point of view. Back in 1973 or 1974, I called him and told him about the problem that I was having with my teeth. He took me right in and cut those wisdom teeth out. For that I am very grateful. I have many fond memories of time spent with the Fries family in Marion. Dr. Fries will be missed by all! Thinking of your wonderful family.
