I never knew either of my natural Grandfathers, so I was honored and very fortunate to have known pa-pou and to see how much love and happiness he brought to his family. For as much love he gave, he recieved it back tenfold. There was never a moment I didn't see him beam with pride over his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He welcomed me into the family with open arms and kisses.

He was strong, feisty at times (but in the best way), and a fierce fighter for what he deemed important; life, love and family.
