My thoughts and prayers are with the Gibbs family.George will be missed by many.We had alot of good times at St. Matthews and at the reunions.

George was such a wonderful person - so full of life, always smiling, and enthusiastic. I loved his terrific sense of humor. I never visit St. Augustine, see a sailboat go by, or watch an FSU football game, that I don't think of George. He had such a great spirit about him, and I will certainly miss him.

My thoughts and prayers and those of George's friends at Flagler College are with all the family. I recall George's love of history of St. Augustine and of his family.

To The Gibbs Family,
Although I had not had the pleasure of meeting George, I have heard about many wonderful times shared with George. His humor, his graciousness and his loving friendship that was shared with my friend, Patricia Fulop. Who will miss him dearly. For the fond memories they both shared, and in memory of George for all of the Gibbs Family, a Tree has been planted in Israel in Memory of him. May the loving memories of George grow forever, and never be forgotten by all that...

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

A long time ago, he made me laugh with his quick wit, challenged me with his intellect, and told me about the Florida he loved.

Memories of George will always make me smile.

My prayers and sympathy to his family,

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I will treasure my fond memories of George.
