George's passion for art was contagious and his support for the arts at GVSU and our larger community has lasting and ongoing impact today. George was a true visionary, endless supporter, and humble friend. He will be truly missed.

George was a very generous man. He has made great contributions to many endeavours. He (and Barbara) have improved the quality of life for many. A life well lived. So sorry for your loss .

He taught me many valuable lessons that translated directly from the oil business to meaningful life lessons. George was an exceptionally...

We also shared a live if art- sometimes competing on buying a Merizon painting but always enjoying each other’s collections. I am sorry with you Barbara, Guy, and family on George’s passing.

My Dad was in WW11 , told many Stories. RIP with all those who went
