Not sure what to say?

George,
Went out to get the mail Sat. and thought of you as that's were we saw each other a lot. Every time I check the mail I think of you. Just to let you know your missed by many. And thinking of you.

We cannot even begin to express our sympathies for the Greene Family. George "Grumpy" was one of the kindest people we have ever had the fortune to meet in our lives. I do not have one memory from the last 8 years without George in it. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask. Your family is an extension of ours!! With love.

Sharon
Although we haven't seen each other in a very long time, you and George have been in my thoughts. You and George were my dearest of friends for a number of years. I will miss George more now that he has left this world; but I know he is now in a better place with his parents and with God. Rest in peace

Sharon,
What a shock to her of George's sunset. I shall truly miss him. There is comfort in knowing : Absent from the body-Present with the LORD. May GOD be with you and show you His love and comfort always.

I'm very sorry for your loss

Sharon, Chris & Jess,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

George will be missed that's for sure. He will always be my fire chief as he was many years ago when I joined the department. Be strong Sharon, Chris and Jess! Sorry for your loss

To all my cousins, just wanted to say that my thoughts and prayers are with you all. If I was in NY, I would be there. Know I am there in spirit. Butch was a cool guy. My greatest memory of him is being teased by him, and dancing at a party with him. I think I was 10. Lasting memories....Take care of each other. Life is short. Love, Karen Fredericks-Petrosky

I haven't seen Butchie, or most of the rest of the family in years, but growing up across the street, I felt like I was one of a great family. I have only the best memories of all of us just hanging out. They'll be with me forever.
