Not sure what to say?

Best neighbor ever! Owner of The Birthday House and the House with no living room ceiling. Bill was also Chicago's tallest Easter Bunny and frequent winner of the coveted ND- Navy annual case of beer. Popcorn on his porch while listening to the neighbors fights was hilarious

Prayers and condolences from the Doran clan. The neighborhood has never been the same without you guys. Peace

Bill Groble. One in a million. He will be greatly missed, but leaves behind even greater memories.
His legacy? I'm almost sure nobody in the Chicagoland area has more, nor truer friends than the lovable Bill Groble, and that is a life well lived.
Much love to all the Grobles,
Karen Doornebos (Anderson)

I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Groble's death. My condolences to the Groble Family.

My condolences.....many fond memories.....a 53 walkon.

Uncle Bill, God bless you as much in death as he did in life. I can never forget canoeing on the Manistique River and Carrie pulling the canoe up on shore with Bill standing in it. Funniest sight I ever saw! And I am sure his little rain dance the night before we pulled out brought the morning deluge. Thanks for taking care of us when we bought our houses.. You will be missed and remembered!

We are sorry to hear of Bill's death. Our years of friendship go back to our days at St Ignatius
