Read MoreI had Mr. Hamblin in school at Xenia High he was awesome, but he was also my preacher man at Calvary Baptist Church. When I graduated he and the church presented me with a bible that he signed with an encouraging message, many years have gone by but I still have that bible on my desk. He was a blessing to a lot of us kids and our church family.

He was my teacher in school. Absolutely hands down one of my favorites! He would set me out in the hallway with extra credit work so I didn't have to dissect anything. My thoughts and prayers are with this family. I know we will see him again!

Mr. Hamblin was my Biology teacher. I had a lot of fun in his class!! My friends and I would go in before our class started or go after school to talk with him. May God be with you and your family! I will miss him!
