May Chico rest in peace. A good man.

I grew up one street over from Fairmount Ave where the Hart family lived. George’s son Tim and I were good friends and played endless hours of football and whiffle ball on our dead end street. I have childhood memories of Mr. Hart showing up to our house with his TV repair kit filled with tubes and gadgets. He was a happy and friendly man and always left us with an RCA TV that worked. Chico was a very nice man. I work at Farm & Fleet. He would let his wife shop and sit on our bench. I would always go over and talk to him. He was a very good neighbor to my daughter Courtney & son in-law Jeff Oswald. He will be sadly missed

So sorry to hear of Chico's passing. We would see him at the Fair and he
would always stop and say "HI". We were old neighbors from west 6th Street, Davenport. A special "HI" to Joanne, with our sympathy.
