George was one of those men that you always wished was your dad or grandpa. He was kind to a fault, charitable to everyone, smart as a whip, and the hardest worker any of us has ever known.
Though we hadn't been in contact in a few years, you will be missed, George, and I will always have pleasant memories of the years I worked for you. May you rest in peace, and may your family be blessed during these hard times.

Jaren and family, my deepest sympathies to you and thank you for your call today. I am honored to be counted among your friends. George was simply one of the finest, kindest people I have ever known. He lived a life that should inspire us all. I shall miss him and forever be changed by him, I am so happy for him having entered his just reward. God bless you all.

George, you will be very missed. Mom, Ruth LaMetterey/Meyn, retired 3 times from Drive-In and SPECO. Our family has always held you deep in our hearts. Always patient, open arms, and you even let each of us kids work for you in our younger years. So many great memories. You are deeply missed and held in our hearts. Condolences to your family and everyone's heart you touched.
The LaMetterey kids- David, Frank, Celine Burkette and Teri Harold.
