Not sure what to say?

George was one the best dads I had the privilege of knowing growing up. His deep gentil voice and his strong spirit left a huge impression on me. He will be greatly missed. I really enjoyed being around our fathers. They really had a good time together. Normally getting into trouble. Seeing that friendship lead me to the friends I have today. My deepest condolences for your loss. My best childhood memories have George and my father in them. Rest In Peace George, we love you!!

I transferred to BLM in 2001 and George was always one of my favorite BLM coworkers. Very knowledgeable and encouraging. So sore for your loss. Ruth

Dear Nancy and Family- Although I was a more recent addition to the Hirschenberger Circle, my late husband Jake spoke so often of George (aka Bunzo), I felt I knew both of you long before our meetups. Will always remember your loving support when my precious "Chicago transplant" moved on. We will miss them but hold in our hearts constantly. I imagine they´re playing guitar and singing old folk tunes if there´s a somewhere after. With Love & Appreciation

Instead, they lived every day with the joy of knowing that they were already...
