Not sure what to say?

Dear Aunt Cleo,
Uncle George may be gone, but he will never be forgotten. His smile and his kindness will always be remembered, and the comical jokes and remarks he always had to tell. You both have been very special to myself and my brothers and sisters, and have given us a lot of childhood memories. Please know that we are here for you.
Love, your niece -- Nancy

Dear Aunt Cleo,
What a strong man of faith Uncle George was. Never a complaint and always a smile. You two were like peas in a pod. I know you will miss him more than we can imagine. The love this family has will see you through. Most importantly the Lord will be walking right by your side and we will be here for you. Thank you for all that you do and that Uncle George did for everyone. He will be greatly missed. We all love you.

AUNT CLEO, I WILL FOREVER REMEMBER THE MORNING UNCLE GEORGE WENT TO HEAVEN. WHEN GOD CHOOSES TO CALL ME HOME I WILL WANT TO LEAVE THIS EARTH WITH THE SAME STRENGTH AND FAITH AND DIGNITY THAT UNCLE GEORGE DEMONSTRATED TO THOSE OF US AT HIS BEDSIDE. AUNT CLEO YOU ARE LOVED. I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE TIMES YOU BOTH SHARED WITH ME AND MIKE AND OUR CHILDREN .. CALL ON US AS OFTEN AS YOU NEED TOO......LOVE YOUR NEICE BARB

Uncle George married into our family about the same time we were born into it…January 20th, 1955 and for 50 years he has loved us all as the other half of Aunt Cleo. They were a wonderful example of the perfect couple, a matched set, the fun aunt and uncle who left you stay over night, taught you to bake a cake, gave you presents for no reason, made you feel welcome and always made you laugh. Even the 20 years they lived in Alaska they were faithful and shared our lives with phone calls,...

Uncle George was one of the sweetest and most caring men I have ever known. He has been an inspiration to so many people. What an example he and Aunt Cleo have been to so many couples of what true love and commitment are. He will be missed by everyone, especially me!!!

You two were the best two traveling buddies ever!! We made a lot of special memories together and those memories will never be forgotten!! You will certainly be missed!!!!!!!

George may not have been Pappy in writing, but in our hearts, he will always be Pappy George. Stay strong Cleo, and we love you.
