I met George while he worked in Michigan. We hit it off immediately. I believe we were in our late teens. After moving back to WVA, he invited me to Sarah Ann, I immediately took the offer, having been there several times on short visits. It was supposed to be a 3-month visit, ended up about 9 months. Loved the mountains and the people. George had a great family. His mom an angel, still see his dad playing the fiddle and enjoyed his brother James, his wife and children. I never missed...
