Not sure what to say?

My name is Angela (maiden name Muller). Today I have been watching a documentary about the Vietnam War, when I last heard from Rick, writing from Saigon. It prompted me to search on line and found the sad news of his passing two years ago. I send sincere condolences to all his family. I met Rick when I was 15 and he was 16. We were students at the English School in The Hague, Holland and were friends for over a year until our respective parents careers moved us on to different lives. ...

Our deepest sympathy. Rick was a kind and gentle man. It was our privilege to know him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. He will be greatly missed by all!

I've known Rick since 1961, when I met him in high school. Though circumstances sometimes cut off our communication for brief periods, he's been my one true long-term friend for fifty-four years. My sympathies to his many friends who will miss him as much as I do, and to his wife and family, who I know miss him even more.

Our condolences to the family as Rick will be missed by each and everyone of us. Love, thoughts and continued prayers....
