Condolences to Dr. Juliette Ioup and family. Both of the Ioups were instrumental in the efforts of thousands of students like me receiving their degrees in physics, pursuing careers in physics and becoming professionals in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. Thank you for a lifetime of service. Rest in peace for a job well done.

Juliette, I am sorry for the loss of your beloved husband, George. I admired him greatly as a professor, supporter of students and as a man. He was a shining example of how to live a gracious and humble life.

I am so sorry hearing of Dr. George passing, I did not have a class with him but I did take Quantum Mechanics with Dr. Juliette. I wish I would have caught the new sooner; I would have come and properly paid my respects. Both Dr. George and Dr. Juliette were so devoted to science and to UNO and are responsible developing so many young minds in areas of Physics and Engineering. My condolences to the family of Dr. George Ioup. I graduated from UNO in 1974. I only had for one class with Dr.Ioup, but my lasting memory will always be of a kind gentleman and a great teacher.

He was a wonderful man. You have my deepest sympathy with this huge lost of a great person.
