George was my grandpa, a great person whom I loved dearly. He loved his country and fought until the very end. A soldier, a devoted citizen, a wonderful husband, a great dad, an excellent grandad all describe his numerous attributes. His personality will be one in which I will cherish for the rest of my life. WE HAVE LOST A GREAT FRIEND AND CO-WORKER. I (CAROLYN), WORKED WITH GEORGE IN THE HOMCIDE OFFICE FOR 8 YEARS. IT WAS A GREAT SHOCK TO HEAR OF HIS SUDDEN DEPARTURE. HE WAS A GREAT FRIEND, WHO KNEW HOW TO KEEP THE OFFICE IN LAUGHTER. GEORGE WAS IN DEED A LOYAL AND TRUE FRIEND. THE ENTIRE POLICE DEPARTMENT WILL MISS HIM.
