George Johnson

To all ya´ll, the Johnson family members, who remember especially on this day,George. May you be ever comforted by his memory and the times you shared. My last memory of George was with Janet at Ashley and Parker´s debut of their first album. In Lyons, at River Grace´s back yard by the St Varain...with friends gathered `round, good food abounding and such joy was spread. Deeply meaningful to have Parker´s beloved parents present to witness and enjoy this musical moment. Amazing Grace!

i remember George fondly w hen i was a member of Trinity Pres. particularly his friendly bass voice. a life well lived.

I can only imagine for Janet, the absence of the Dynamo that was George, requires a moment to moment adjustment. May you Janet, and Parker and the others in your family find solace in all the memories, the photos and this remarkable obituary of the man you called husband and father.

Janet and the entire Johnson family. Knowing George since high school has been a wonderful experience of a life time. He gave so much of him self in making Atlanta and the world a better place. He was so unselfish with his time, knowledge and love for helping others. George made so many people's lives better and in turn made us better people.
