Not sure what to say?

We just learned today of George's passing. We are very sorry we didn't attend the funeral. Our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of George. Love, Tom and Carrie

I never had the honor of meeting George Kern. I did, however, have the pleasure of getting to know his very kind and gifted daughter, Katie. If she was a reflection of all the positive things I have heard about George, he was, indeed, an exceptional man.
With deepest sympathy to all the family. Nancy

Dear Katie and Family,

I remember talking with George about NASA. He and my father George both worked at NASA. It was wonderful since I had lost my father to hear a few more science stories from someone who lived them He loved pie which I cooked and left for him with lovely Katie on occasion.. but mostly he was happy and proud of his wonderful family !
So sorry to miss the services as I was in Chicago with my family God bless everyone and prayers for George Kern in heaven
Fondly
Teresa DeChant

May he rest in peace.

Our deepest sympathies to the Kern family.
Thank you for sharing your father with our troop. He was a true gentleman and really set an example to our Boy Scouts. He will be missed.

My fondest memory of George has to be at Christmas. I picture him even now in that big red Santa Claus suit spreading joy to all that were around him. A big sack of presents and a hearty ho ho ho. Just one of the memories I will carry in my heart. I am a better person for knowing you, George. Rest now in peace and say hi to all our friends and family that have gone before us. Love in my heart always.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. May your memories comfort your heart; and God help the Kern family during this time of sorrow. Isa.41:13
