Not sure what to say?

I am 78 years old, a native of St. Louis, l.iving mid-state within the Missouri Ozarks. I am reading a book, recently purchasing at library book sale (Mountain Grove, MO) that must have belonged to George (his name and addressed were stamped within its cover): E. B. Potter's BULL HALSEY. Seems as if I've "known" George by reading the same pages as he!

He was my middle school French teacher, sorry to hear this, but except what life brings. RIP great teacher for sure!!

Dcn George was a family friend to our Saba, Abdallah, and Ganim families for many years. He was truly a man of God and lived his life serving the Lord. May he rest in peace and may his memory be eternal. Allah Yerhamnah, Norma Saba Abdallah

I remember how uncle George took such good care of his Mother and sisters and made Christmas special for all of us

Memory Eternal!

George was Dick's French teacher at UD High. He was also a very good friend of Fr, Feuerstein who came to Cleveland to marry us from Detroit He asked George to be our altar boy - a Big Altar Boy!! Pat's father also worked at ADT protection agency with George We have thought of him often and send condolences to his family

We were so saddened to hear of George´s passing. To all of his family we send our deepest sympathy and prayers. I first knew George when was my brother´s French teacher at U of D Jesuit High in Detroit. We found out he was Lebanese and on his first job, and he soon became a member of our family. After he moved back to Cleveland we remained close and in contact through the years. So many special and fun memories include him. May God bless him always.

Mr. Khoury was an excellent educator who taught me so much. He organized an ice-skating party for his students at the old Town and Country Club in Strongsville. While he was strict in the classroom he was kind and compassionate to those in most need. I, too, became an educator in the Cleveland Schools because of teachers like him. Ruth Orban Fazekas

You have my deepest condolences . Deacon George was an awesome man. As his caretaker we shared life stories, memories, lots of laughs, and many scriptures together. I will miss him dearly. He will forever be in my memory and heart . May the G- d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob grant you an abundance of strength and peace during this difficult time is my sincere prayer.
