Not sure what to say?

My dear twin. We are coming up on the two year anniversary of your death. This is all just so wrong. I arrived first and was supposed to leave first. I miss you every day.

George was in the 82nd Airborne Division out of Ft. Bragg, which was deployed to Viet Nam for 22 months in the late 1960s. He rarely spoke about his experiences there, and returned to face the life-long effects of Agent Orange.

Every Christmas, George would inform me of the incredible gifts he had received from our non-gift-giving sibling Jeff, asking what Jeff had sent me. Christmas has not and will never be the same without these spirited exchanges. I miss him so.

George has been a good friend, tennis partner, golf partner for the last 20 years. I was deeply saddened when I heard of his passing, I will miss his companionship and wonderful wit

My condolences to Jeff, Sheila, Gail, all their families and friends. May the memory of George´s life endure as a blessing.

George was a good friend of mine during our teen years. We drove together to the Aug. 28, 1963 March on Washington, led by Martin Luther King. We reunited in 2018 and met weekly for lunch and animated discussions until Covid arrived. I miss you George and will never forget our friendship.

George Koons was a classmate. I was shocked to hear of his passing and would like to offer my deepest sympathy.
