Not sure what to say?

Dear Ann, Tommy, Alan and Family,
We are so sorry to hear about your Father/ Grandfather passing. George was a great man, very respectful and never had a bad word to say about anyone. I knew George as a little girl growing up on Windsor Road and was also friends with Marylou. Years later my son Jimmy and Alan became the best of Friends. Our deepest sympathy, thoughts and prayers will be with you in this very sad time.

I lived next door to George and Rosemary (although I knew her as Bunny) from the time they moved into the house on Windsor Road until I moved away in 1961. I'm a Connell, and lived at 235 Cold Spring Road beginning in the '30s. I have good memories of George and Bunny and the children who were all quite young when I left Stamford.
My sympathies and condolences to all of George's family. He was fine and caring man, and I know how much you will miss him.

Al & Family,

I am so sorry. I know how close you and your Grandpa are and you have my deepest sympathy.

Ann and family
We were so sorry to hear of George's passing. We will always remember our visits with your family at Uncle Brud's house in Wallingford, Ct. We will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers.

Rosemary and I were saddened to hear of George's passing. Although I mostly saw George during sadder visits home, his was one of the few faces I always recognized from happier times. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

Anne,
My deepest condolence on your loss.

Annie,

I am so sorry for your loss. To me papa George was a caring, loving, funny man but the thing I will remeber most is how proud he was to be a marine and how proud he was of my brother. I know he took good care of you and you took good care of him. Now he is one of the finest Angels God has with him.

Tommy & Anne,
I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Annie, We know how much your dad meant to you and also how much you meant to him. You know you have another angel looking out for you now. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. If you need anything, we're here. Love, Doryann & Gary
