Not sure what to say?

George was his own individual even as a teen when living in Euclid with his Mom and brother John. He had many friendships, many who have already passed on. Even after George quit driving he used to hitch hike to my Mom's house every Thanksgiving as he loved to clean off the turkey bones. His portrayal of Ben Franklin was awesome. May you rest in peace & entertain those above with your tales.

What a beautiful obituary this is in honor of Horse George, and how he truly touched so many lives throughout his journey here with us all. I am happy to have enjoyed a few conversations and heard a few of stories from him as well. Rest in Peace George. Thank you for the memories, and your legacy - Chittenango will never be the same without you.

It's been 25 yrs. since we have heard your stories and laughter but we won't forget you.

Rest in peace George. Thank you for all you did for Oz and your community over the years.

RIP

Rest in peace George. Thank you for all you did to support Oz and your community over the years.

George, you will always be remembered. I first met you at the old village inn in Chittenango years ago when joey basilio owned it and you used to come in and tell your stories and try to put a smile on everyone's face. That was something you could always do and I feel a smile on my own face just remembering you. You will not be forgotten...Kathy Cartino

An enigma, truly a plain and simple genius will leave a void in Chittenango...God bless my friend.
