He was my only pediatrician until my 20s, when I finally had to find a doctor who treated adults. We loved and trusted him like a member of our own family. I´m heartbroken My deepest condolences to his loved ones-he was truly a wonderful man and will never be forgotten! Beth and Eloise Archibald

Dr Lazarus was simply the best pediatrician any parent could wish for. He was gentle, loving and a remarkable diagnostician. It felt as though he was a part of our family for those first 15 years. Our deepest condolences go to his family as we can only imagine their loss. Debra Blair and Richard deBart

Dear Shelly and family, Both Marvin and I are shocked and saddened to just learn of George´s passing. We know what an amazing physician and human being he was. Above all else, he loved and was devoted to his family. Claudia and Marvin Snow

He was the most extraordinary doctor who cared deeply about each patient and their families. He left us way too early and his presence and influence will always be with us Karen Gantz and Eric, Ariel and Benjamin Zahler

Dr. Lazarus cared for my two sons through their adolescence with such warmth and expertise he became my model for the professionalism I now expect from all my doctors. He was a remarkable doctor and we were fortunate to know him and to be able to rely on him when things were good and when the going got tough. Please accept my condolences. Carolyn Salzman
