George W. Lewis

Ledyard - George W. Lewis, 84, of Gales Ferry, passed away Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at Hartford Hospital.

He had been married to the former Delma Maynard. An Army veteran of World War II, he had spent his working career as a carpenter with the Carpenter's Union.

Byles-Groton Memorial Home, 310 Thames St., Groton, is assisting his family with services which are incomplete at this time.
