Not sure what to say?

I didn't know George had passed or I would have came to his services. He was a great man. He helped me a few times with some legal matters involving my disability. He had a great sense of humor and was so caring.

I was the teacher who met with him two years ago to get his time in the Mentor program started. He was such a wonderful man. He loved my students. He made an impact on their lives and mine and we will continue his dedication to giving back to others.

I'm so sorry I couldn't make it to the visitation or funeral. But I am glad I got to know George during the several years we were involved in Quincy Presbyterian Church from its beginning until it closed. George and Joan were wonderful folks. My wife Annette and I will miss George.

Mr. Lewis was my first supervisor when I entered the working field. In 1975 I had just graduated from Gem City Business College with a diploma in Legal Secretary. Mr. Lewis hired me as the receptionist at the office on Maine. I remember stuffing envelopes for his run for state Senate.

Condolences and prayers for the Lewis family.

I will always remember Mr. Lewis as such a nice and cheerful man, and part of the bridge club group my parents were in for so many years. My deepest condolences to the Lewis family.
