Not sure what to say?

Dear John, I am so sorry about Kip! I just learned of his passing. He was a lovely man and you were a fine partner to him. I am thinking of you both fondly. I still live in the house bought from you two on 69th Terrace! Love, Lisa (Bloch) Cohen

I so enjoyed working with Kip first as a client and then as an agent. Back in 1985. I have so enjoyed real estate and had a wonderful time learning from him. I know he loved his pets and as I do also I am honored to contribute in his name.

It was because of Kip, I entered real estate in 1985. We shared mutual friends and after my first real estate discussion with Kip, I've never looked back. He absolutely was my inspiration. I'm not surprised he really never retired. I'll be following those footsteps as well. Thank you Kip. Much love to you John and your family.

Thank you Kip for all the many years! You will be missed. My sympathy to John and all the family

I am sorry to hear this news. I crossed paths with Kip Longan as I started my real Estate Career in the 70's and 80's. He was helpful to his agents and myself and we managed to close some tough transactions as the interest rates neared 20%. He was exactly what a Realtor should strive to be like.

Sorry to hear the news about Kip He was a great man it was a pleaser to Met him . God bless john .

My thoughts and prayers are with you John. May your memories and love sustain you through this very difficult time.

John, our sincere condolences for your great loss. Kip had my respect because he was a mentor to me and helped me understand the real estate business. Now he is resting in peace after a hardworking life. Bless you, dear John.

Our deepest and most heartfelt sympathies go out to the family. We always thought fondly of Kip and regarded him with the highest respect. He gave me my first management opportunity with the Eugene D. Brown Company in 1991. Rest in peace, Kip and may the family and John find comfort in their memories.
