Not sure what to say?

As a good friend of my parents, my family had the privilege of knowing George for many years, especially during their Sarasota, FL years. When our children were young, we always enjoyed George checking out the toys and gadgets they got for Christmas! We so appreciated it when he and Ambler came to my father's funeral at Sarasota National Cemetery and spoke of their friendship. I still remember his smile and dry sense of humor too.

It is a great honor and privilege to be related to such an amazing man.

Uncle George I always held you in such high esteem and I so did love to read your stories online about when you were a young boy/man growing up in our wonderful City. I wish I had taken just a little bit of time to ask for one more each of the few times I was able to get with everyone at Aunt Nancy's. With loving prayers

I am proud he was my uncle

Cousin George, "George Jr.", as you were known to me, I am proud to be a distant part of the same family.

My loving sympathy to your family. Granddaughter Emily Bidgood I am sure has inherited many of his traits. Wonderful family and my prayers are with you.
