Dear Roxanne Simon, Nick and Joseph,
As a former tenant of your father's from 1992-1997, I spent many a day chatting, drinking, and eating with him and other friends at your father's office and house. Your father was a rough, tough, yet generous and goodhearted man. Although his relationship with you wasn't the greatest at times, he always spoke lovingly about you, hoping that your relationship with him would improve. I know that it did. Even after I moved on, I frequently came to visit....

My wife Jenny and I are saddened to hear about Mr. Machev's death. We were his tenants for a number of years. He was always easy to deal with on a professional level and on a personal level we enjoyed his sense of humor and upbeat disposition. He will remain in our thoughts and prayers.
