George A. Maciolek, age 85, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2020 at Vero Health and Rehab South Hadley, Ma after a short illness. He was born on November 30, 1934, a son of the late Albert George Maciolek and Jean (Kloc) Strycharz. George was a machinist for many years until his retirement....

Sad to see this , my regards to all of his family. Remember his has a class guy and excellent athlete from years playing softball against him at Szot Park Chicopee, he never showed his age . Rest in Peace my friend .

My condolences to the Maciolek family. George was was a wonderful man. I enjoyed knowing and playing ball with him. A very kind soul indeed. RIP George.

Richie, Dawn and family: I grew up with your dad and mom as my favorite neighbors. (I will forever call their house, “George and Shirley’s”). It hurts my heart to know George is gone, but he is happy being with Shirley now. My condolences to all of you. Your dad was a great guy and an awesome neighbor. He will be missed.
