Not sure what to say?

We were all very sorry to hear about George, his mention certainly brought back a flood of great memories. He was always a very classy guy with a dry sense of humor that drew people to him and he certainly enjoyed entertaining his many friends. Our condolences to the family.

Karen and Jim,
So very sorry to read of George's passing. He was among the nicest individuals I've ever met, a trait which obviously runs in the family.
Always accommodating whenever I asked for an interview, he was extremely helpful during my days as a sportswriter covering golf for The Journal Times.
My thoughts and prayers are with you both.

Our condolences to QP, Karen and the entire Madsen family on your loss.

A great man. Will always remember his words of advice on a windy day playing golf at Johnson park, When it's breezy, swing easy. RIP George.

George was a quiet man, but he was larger than life. He was a man of principle with a heart of gold. He knew how to tell a good joke and sing some interesting songs. So many laughs, so many memories. We were privileged to know him. We will miss his twinkling eyes and his laugh.
