Calvin was a few years ahead of me at Theta Chi. Although we did not know each other well, I wanted to reach out to let you know that he always seemed to be a gentle man, and it is tragic that he was taken so young. He and his family are in my prayers.

Although we did not know your loved one, we too have been touched by pancreatic cancer. We are sponsoring a golf outing here in York to raise funding for pancreatic cancer research with our local PanCAN Team Hope. They are a wonderful organization with support groups nationwide. We would like to make a contribution in George's memory to the Central PA chapter of PanCAN Team Hope. My daughter, Carolyn Denice, is involved in Team Hope in Fort Wayne, IN.
