George Kenneth Massing

Dr Massing truly impacted my life!! Will never forget him! loved him dearly!!

I was fortunate to know George almost all my life. We went to the same schools and were in the same grades and classes from elementary through junior high, high school, Cornell and Case Western Reserve Medical School. Once, while in the sixth grade at Taylor Elementary School, we skipped an afternoon at school in April to attend the opening game for the Cleveland Indians. It cost $0.60 to sit in the bleachers in 1948. It hurts to know George is gone.

george was a friend of mine from his days of work at metropolitan general hospital in cleveland ohio--my condolences are with his family.

I worked with Dr Massing at USA
1974-1985. He was a wonderful physician and later I took care of him as a patient at UABH. He was a special person and I will never forget all that he taught me as a nurse. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.

We will miss you. You were extra-ordinary. Heartfelt sympathies.

I worked with Dr. Massing years ago at USAMC, he was our boss and friend. He did so much for all of us there through many years of changes at the USAMC. He was without exception the best person to lead us into a better understanding of Cardiology. So sad to hear that he is gone but we won't ever forget him. Elaine Gregory

Dr Massing was my Cardiologist, friend, and life saver! He was a special person that will be missed by many!
