Not sure what to say?

Cynthia and Eleni, You each are often on my mind and always in my heart. I imagine this has been a difficult year to traverse without George. I trust your hearts will continue to heal as you find much goodness to lean into. Please know that you are always welcome to come visit in Western Canada - on the edge of the Canadain Rocky Mountains. Setting much love from your sister (and aunt) in Canada. Kathy (Katherine)

He will be greatly missed by his many friends at Tufts.

Maz was my high school classmate and a "big man on campus" in many ways. Of course, his accomplishments on the basketball court were legendary. But, he was also friendly, kind, and genuine to everyone -- it didn't matter who they were or what social groups they were a part of. Please accept my condolences on George's passing. He was dealt both a blessed and a difficult hand in life. I have no doubt he faced his illness with courage and tenacity. May George's memory forever be a blessing.

My very deepest condolences to all of George's family and friends. My memories go back many years to long ago Agganis Tournaments with George, the young and talented stud challenging St. Val's and my husband for a while and then my son Sean. You will remain an inspiration of courage for always to all who knew you. Prayers to your wife and daughter. Your memory will be eternal. Mary Ellen Galaris

Single Memorial Tree

Cynthia and Eleni, as the days and weeks pass, and as you eventually return to life's routine, may you find some solace in
the fact that over the last 20 years you provided a wonderful foundation of hope and comfort of home and family that allowed George to persevere as long as he did. It must be some comfort to know how proud he was to see Eleni begin the next chapter of her life at such a presitigious university. I know he is at peace and we are blessed to have you as family. Our sincere condolences to Cynthia, Eleni and the rest of the family. George's determination and fortitude is an inspiration. May his memory be eternal.
