Am so sorry for your loss of someone so special. I worked with George years ago, he was just the nicest guy. We went off to different areas but would randomly see each other through the years. No matter what he was going through, he always had a smile & would say something funny to make you laugh. George was one of those people who made the world a better place. He will be sadly missed by many. Keeping your family in my thoughts & prayers.

Our family knew George Jr and his family well, many years ago when we camped together at Little Mexico Campground. We had a lot of fun there with many other fellow summer campers. George Jr. was one of the nicest "kids" who camped there with his mom, dad, and sister. I remember him always having a smile on his face along with a great sense of humor. Our family is profoundly sad to learn of his passing. God bless his family.

I've with George @ DLA Troop Support. He was the nicest man ever always, had a pleasant smile or work. It saddens me very much that he has passed away. My sincerest sympathy and condolences to George's family.

Patty and family, I am so sorry to hear of George's passing. I remember him fondly. Twenty-seven years ago, when I was pregnant with my younger daughter, George was so kind to me. It was a difficult pregnancy, and he always asked how I was doing and went to the luncheonette to get my lunch. That's my strongest memory, his kindness.

Pat, I worked with George for many years at DSCP, he was an inspiration to me and each and everyone he dealt with in a very professional manner. He had the greatest sense of humor and was a person to take the fight to the fight. He showed what it takes to be the best of the best. I will forever miss him. I thank him for his service.
