Our family knew Elder McKellar when he served his mission in New Brunswick, Canada. We also knew his in laws, the Fryes. My mother went through a lot of missionaries but didn't join the LDS Church until we moved to Utah, but I'm sure Elder McKellar had an influence on her becoming a member. Thank you!

Grandpa George is a noble man who treated everyone he met with kindness and generosity. He will be missed greatly by all who knew him.

George, and the whole McKellar family knew me from the time I was a baby. I am so glad I had the chance to see George again and have lunch with him and Lorna last year when I was in Tooele. I know he will be greatly missed but will be reunited with loved ones on the other side. My condolences to the family.

Uncle George was such a big part of my life. There are so many memories of him that bring a feeling of joy and warmth. One of my favorites is the time we were at a family gathering up the canyon, and he helped me "catch" a fish. Of course, he had already caught the fish before he ever came to get me, but I didn't know that until I was older and my mom spilled the beans. George, you were truly one in a million!

Sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle George. We loved you very much. We will miss you at the Reunions. You were a special uncle that was so kind and loving to everyone. You were truly a man of God and a devoted family man. Our deepest sympathy. With love from DelRay and Reta Bevan and Family.

I am a better person from knowing you the few years that I did. you were and still are the best example of a disciple of Christ that I have ever known. Thank you for sharing your time here with Thad and I.

Thanks for your great example and being the example I needed early in my fatherhood experience I Value your words and our time spent together I know you will for sure be an advocate in heaven

What a Wonderful man, teacher, example. George, we will miss you greatly...
