Not sure what to say?

Our sincere condolences for the Mellone Family. My wife & I did not know George personally, but as Parents of Two Marines you are part of the Marine Family. We lost one of our sons four weeks ago! George and our son Mark T Schmidt will be missed. Each will be in our hearts, Mind and in time their memory will bring joy to our hearts. We know the lost, the pain today is real but know tomorrow is a new day. We will add your family to our prayers as we heal from the loss of our sons.

Kari our hearts go out to you and George's family. We wish you peace during this difficult time.

George was so full of life.....a man of many talents. It is very hard to believe that he is gone. I served with him while he was an Air Traffic Control Communications technician while at Kaneohe Bay. He was one of the most driven individuals that I have had the pleasure to know. He was a good technician, a very talented guitar player, a good pilot and a great friend. My sincere condolences go out to Kari and the entire Mellone family.

We are deeply sorry for your loss, Frank knew George when he was at Winam Church. Our prayers go out to the family, may the GOD of all comfort be with you during this difficult time. Love in Christ, Frank & Millie Amador

Our sympathy goes to you Kari and your whole family during this most difficult time. We remember better times from the wedding in Hawaii to family reunions in MN. Aunt Kathy

Deepest sympathy Kari Beth and the whole Mellone family. My prayers go out to you. Aunt Joanne Lynk

I am so sorry for your loss I know that my Redeemer lives and because he lives so does George May God be with you at this time and always granting you peace and comfort
Bea Marine Mom

I met George while stationed at Kaneohe Bay and it saddens me to say that he is the first Marine I have served with that i know has passed. He was a good Marine and a good friend, my condolences to the family.
