I am saddened with George's passing for many reasons but tonight, the heaviest on my heart, is because the keeping our shared memories is now entrusted solely to me. I am woefully inadequate to the task. There are so many hidden away by passing time that could only be discovered in our dialog. And his voice is now silent. I also don't know which memories were most important to him, or the parts of the stories that he loved the most, or what he'd rather just forget. I can't list his...

Was at Altus AFB and then at OTS with George. Always a decent, caring guy. I´m so sorry for your loss.

Known George since he joined the Austin Football Chapter. He was always willing to help me out when I needed to assign football games to officials. George always had a great smile and was a good person. Keep smiling George, we will miss you.

Deepest sympathy to all that knew George. May God bless and uplift his family during these difficult times. He was a wonderful person and a good example to all. He served his country with honor. We will miss you

Sorry for your loss. He was great customer, over the years. Always liked talking with him. Sending prayers.

Truly enjoyed all the time learning and being mentored by George. He was my first white hat for Varsity High school football. He was very giving, patient and kind. He always worked to ensure that we were a cohesive team and was always there to support us in anyway needed. I lift George´s family up in prayer. RIP George! You will be missed but we will see you again one the other side. .

In memory of and in gratitude for your honorable military service. May God bless you and welcome you home.
