Not sure what to say?

George et al was the glue that kept the Toledo handball club sprinting with handball events! The Lucas County Labor Day weekend tournament was a gem and a magnet for handball gurus of all ages and stages!A delight! Thanks to the Miller family and Toledo handball community for letting George s handball shine over the years! Long may George s legacy live on!

Joyce, I just wanted you to know how truly respected George was and how profoundly he will be missed. The news of his final passing shot like a dagger through Central Ohio and through the Florida handball community. Joyce,I share the sense of loss that you & your family, along with the whole handball world are feeling right now. George was a class act & will be missed by all.

I grieve our loss of a giant of our game. George had an influence on generations of players by his generous personality, his support of the Toledo 3 Wall Nationals, and through his competitive playing. On behalf of the USHA we offer our condolences to his family. We also affirm our gratitude for his presence in our lives. We are better for having known him. "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith". RIP, George

Condolences to the Family . I knew George from the Spring Meadows Racquetball Club and the Y downtown . A true Gentle Giant and a Great Competitor Also Knew him When he Lived in Maumee years ago In my younger Years loved playing at the LC Rec Center courts . Good Man RIP

My deepest sympathy and condolences to Joyce and the entire Miller family for their loss of George. He was a great guy and an unassuming force of will and consideration for others and all in every aspect of knowing him. We all will miss him.
