To the Morris family my heart and prayers are with you

I was always pleased to find George in the doctor's lounge in the OR. We had many discussions about history, piloting, etc.. He made waiting for a case to begin quite a bit more tolerable.

My sincere condolences to his family.

George was my hero . I thought of him as the Western hero walking down the dusty street with his six guns hung at the waist ready to defend the school marm from the bad guys. He stood for what was right and true. I have many memories of his tales told in the surgical lounge and have a plaque hanging in my office that he gave me with a Teddy Rooselvelt quote about getting into the fray, fighting the good fight, instead of hanging in the periphery, uninvolved and safe. I miss him.

With heartfelt sympathy for Dr. Morris family

I worked with Dr. Morris at Morton Plant Hospital for about 25 years. He was one of the most respected Orthopaedic
surgeons at the hospital. He was very good to his patients, and the staff. I remember one Christmas he brought a patient's dog under his jacket to see her. It just made her day. He always remembered the staff at Christmas time, He treated everyone with respect. He will be missed.

Condolences to the Morris family. Dr. Morris was a friend, Neighbor and Ortho Doctor for my accident-prone body. Over the years he repaired several major injuries on myself and was a Doctor that was trusted and liked by his patients.
It is Ironic that Dr. Morris Passed the same day as his buddy Bobby Byrd. I remember Dr. Morris telling me before he did a repair on my shoulder a decade or two ago that "don't worry I did both of Bobby Byrd's shoulders and he still plays golf". RIP...
