Not sure what to say?

Wow! Just found out about Tony's passing. We were good friends during 60's and 70's in Franklin. He was a very special person.
Our common interest in kids and sports was shared with so much respect between us.. RIP my old friend.

Our sincere condolences to all the members of his families
especially Carol, Deb, Becky, Bob and Jim.

All the best,

God speed old friend. You were a good man

I remember Tony as the "fireplug" who returned kick-offs during the fall of 1959. He was a good guy, and I am very sorry for your loss.

I'm forwarding these messages from my FaceBook account:

I spent 19 years working on and off with Tony. I would kid with him and told him he was getting nicer in his old age. He would look at me and smile and follow it up with a nooooooooooo.....never...........

Beverly and family, our heartfelt condolences to you all. I spent a vast portion of my career working side by side with Tony, for countless hours, conquering challenging projects. He was a great man who I have a great deal of respect for. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

So sorry to hear of Tony's passing. I remember Tony from Wellesley High School. I had the biggest crush on him when we were 16 or 17 years old for the longest time, but, unfortunately, it was never reciprocated. He played football and I was a majorette so I got to see him on those Saturday football games, but that was about it. I think I wrote his name on my notebooks constantly. Teenage crushes are always remembered.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

I distinctly remember him visiting us in Verplanck, NY in the early 70's when he and my father worked together at Algonquin Gas Transmission Company.

My parents would always invite him to dinner at our house when he was in town and as children, my brother, sister and I always looked forward to his visits. I can close my eyes and see him in our yard under the patio awning quaffing a beer with my...
