Not sure what to say?

I met George and Opal many years ago in my position as Reservations Manager at Sun Mountain Lodge, Winthrop where they stayed annually during their trek north every May for the wildflowers. George was a most kind, gentle, gracious gentleman, soft spoken, always with a smile and kind word or good listening ear. I will cherish the pictures you took of our yearly visits, George, and know you always loved the one of my young son and the giant SML cheeseburger! Thank you for your loving...

A very generous, brilliant and sweet man. I will cherish his humorous stories. Especially the subject matter pertaining to Auntie Opal. He had some good stuff. You will be missed Uncle George.

I've heard so many wonderful things about Uncle George. No doubt a life well lived. My only regret is not having had the chance to get to know you better Uncle George.

We treasure the life of Uncle George. He was an amazingly loving, generous, kind, brilliant person. Truly an example to us. We are enriched by his influence. Peace to his memory!
Lovingly, Phil and Jonna Axelson

A kind and gentle man. A bright and talented man. A man who shared his giftedness for the benefit of many. We'll miss you, George.
