Reverend George A. Munzing

George Munzing married my Husband & myself on 5-4-73 at Trinity. We loved him dearly.

George Munzing was my father when I had none. He was my dear friend. He sheltered me; invited me into his home often when I needed a safe place. He was my Shepherd, my teacher, my friend. There will never be another person like him. I am saddened hearing about his death but know he is with Jesus now. What a great loss for this world.

Pastor Munzing married Nona & Carl on May 4, 1973 at Trinity. He was a friend to our family from 1970 to 1973. Carl Newe is singing in the Choir in Heaven because he died on August 27, 2021. Pastor Munzing was a wonderful Minister.

As a young boy I remember George's first Sermons at Trinity. My siblings and I along with our parents were there for the ground breaking ceremony. My parents made our family church Until they went on to Heaven. George was an amazing example of Christ on earth. Now he gets to play golf all day and have wonderful conversations with others in Heaven. HE WAS LOVE! Robert Tripp and family.

What a beautiful tribute to George in The Register! And a beautiful service at Trinity. George would be so proud but humbled as he reviewed his life. I am so happy that he was a part of my life and great mentor. LOVE to you Paula and the family. Dottie Brown
