I was a Sociology major at Spelman College '75 and took my Criminology class from Dr. Napper. He also held sessions on things we, as females could do to keep us safe on and off campus. He cared and he made a difference in our lives. He will always be remembered. Rest well because you were a good and faithful servant! Dr. Linda Woods Newman '77

Just read about Chief Napper in the Auburn Journal (local Auburn newspaper in Auburn, CA where he grew up). Never knew about him until now. Auburn should be very proud.
