May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Our condolences to the Navarre family. George was unstoppable and his energy made a significant difference in the lives of many of us in Kenai. Our thoughts are with all of you.

I am keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. I will never forget all the good times I had with George while growing up with your family. He was a special man and we enjoyed the Vegas trips with him. Love you all.

Kathleen & family:

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I never met your father but from your stories, Kathleen, I feel like I did. What a legacy he and your mother left, in your energetic, fun family. May you find comfort in your faith and each other and may your dad rest in peace.

Kathleen, my heart goes out to you and your family during this sad time. Your dad sounded like a very nice man and he was obviously loved dearly. Please know that the Smith family is thinking of you and hope that you find some measure of peace and solace in the days to come.

Uncle George was a happy, devoted family man. He was an example to all of us and his children,grandchildren, and great-grandchildren are his great legacy to Alaska and the world. His laughter and smile will be missed! May his soul rest in peace with that of his wife and daughter. (Aunt Rosie and Rozann will make sure it does!)

George was a gentleman warrior for all things kind and progressive.
