Not sure what to say?

I got to know George through ECTA. We later became teammates on a USTA tennis team and a little while later, began helping each other in the area of professional networking as members of another community organization, NSENG. George always offered his help and engaged actively to support others. I was fortunate to know George.

George was a longtime member and former president of the Evanston Community Tennis Association with whom I worked closely for many years. He was passionate about tennis, both as a player and a volunteer event organizer. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. He will be missed by many.

So sorry to learn of George's passing. he was a classmate of mine at the Gunnery and at Kenyon College where we were both active members of the Kenyon Poetry Society. George always stuck me as a brilliant and unique mind. My condolences to his family and friends.

I had the good fortune of knowing George when we were young members of The Gunnery family. As a young man he was the same epitome of thoughtful goodness we all counted on later in life. I will miss George and I will always remember him.

I met George almost a year ago, and I knew him to be kind, positive, and creative. He will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear that George has passed away. My condolences to his family. I had the pleasure of having George as a doubles partner for the 4th of July tennis tournament a couple of years back. I enjoyed his company, our conversations, his warm demeanor, and his friendship. I will miss him.

Condolences! This Kenyon Lord will be missed.

George was a good guy and we miss him.Played against him over the years. Always admired his fairness, caring manner and nearly flawless form on the tennis court. Very sorry for your loss.

My condolences to the family on the loss of your loved one. May the God of all comfort be with you during your time of sorrow. (Psalm 145:19)
