Apologies for this being so late. I worked for "Juddy" in three separate divisions. Best captain I ever worked for. He took good care of all who worked for him. R.I.P. Captain.

I dearly loved the vibrant big sparkly blue eyes and bright smiling Nielsen family. I enjoyed watching the children grow into the most beautiful and amazing compassionate adults with huge welcoming love They were blessed to have been raised by two parents who loved them so totally and gave them the ultimate care. I remember a young teenager in our ward that George took a compassionate interest in him helping this kid to feel important and valued. George was a face value friend. Now he can...

"Juddy"/George Q...I was sad to see this obituary but joyful he has moved on to the eternal realm and new experiences and opportunities. Reading his obituary you can see the major impact he had on countless people and organizations. "Juddy" was also a friend to me during my many media years. He was always so friendly and personable and a cop's cop. It was a time when I could walk into any office and feel welcome. He was always gracious behind the desk or at a crime scene. My...

Juddy supported and encouraged his SAY deputies to participate. I am...

How sad to see the passing of " juddy" my old. friend from the Sheriff's office. Memories too numerous to mention, but in particular his hiring of the first Deputy with a college degree at that time. His subsequent efforts thereafter resulted in effectively moving the department to a higher level of professionalism for all of us. My sincere condolences to his family. God Bless.
