george was a fine gentleman he will be missed

George was an encylopedia of Aston history. He was our speaker many times at Aston Twp Hist Society and it was always well attended. I live in the home where he was born and so enjoyed our talks. A GREAT LOSS! He will be missed very much. He was so interesting and still sharp as a tack. Such a nice picture of George. A wonderful Christian man.

I was Mr. Ormsby's neighbor for 17 yrs.. In that time he shared his expertise and knowledge many times. Discussing trains and Rockdale usually turned into an interesting history lesson. Now he is a part of that local history. RIP Mr. Ormsby....
